He and his wife, Natalie, are partners in 342 doors across the Kansas City MSA and Southeastern U.S., including a recent Class "A" student housing acquisition in Athens, Georgia. Natalie is a founding member of Lunada Legacy Investments LLC. She is a mother, wife, daughter, veteran, UCLA alumni , a formerVeteran Services Representative who has successfully transitioned her military discipline into entrepreneurial success in commercial real estate. Natalie first became interested in real estate after reading a book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. It did not take long after reading the book for Natalie and her husband to take massive action to focus on real estate investing full time. Natalie is the Director of Marketing and a vital part of the Asset Management Team, she drives investor relations and operational performance. Natalie and her husband are partnered in over 342 units throughout Kansas City MSA and Southeastern landlord friendly states. Her combination of creativity, leadership, and dedication ensures innovative solutions and exceptional results for their investors. Natalie and her husband Daniel are members of Jake & Gino Wheelbarrow Profits and Multifamily, Inc. Natalie resides in the Orlando, FL area with her husband Daniel, daughter Lulu and dog Tank.
